Misión Bakehouse
Misión Bakehouse is the workshop of Misión Café. Located in the adjacent premises on Calle Reyes, the Bakehouse bakes bread and pastries daily that serves our café but also directly to our customers. If you want to buy our products or simply a coffee to go, the Bakehouse is your place.
Bakery
We work daily with sourdough to bake a wide variety of bakery products: loaves, seed breads, brioche breads, baguettes, focaccias...
Pastry
Puff pastry is our most prized production and we laminate it with patience and love, and it shows in the result. We also bake sponge cakes, cookies and special seasonal products.
Coffee
We also serve specialty coffee, this time to go. If you stop by for bread or pastries, take advantage and take your coffee too.
Our Story
Misión Café was born from a passion for exceptional coffee and baking. Founded in 2018, we set out to create a space where quality, craftsmanship, and community come together.
Our mission is to serve the finest specialty coffee while supporting sustainable farming practices and direct trade relationships with producers around the world.
The bakehouse complements our coffee program with artisanal baked goods made from scratch daily, using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
